Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that they are under-shepherds serving under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. They devote themselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Their passionate goal is to fulfill the Great Commission, guide Curtis Corner Baptist Church to carry out God’s plan, and equip the members for the work of the ministry until we see our Lord face to face.

As the Senior pastor, Paul E Chapman oversees all the ministries and operations of CCBC.  He has a gift for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture and making them understandable. His down-to-Earth manner, passionate delivery, confidence in God’s Word, and love for God combine to produce services that are enjoyable and transformative.  In addition to His pastoral duties, he is an author, a conference speaker, and the founder of Save New England Church Planting ministry.

Pastor Chapman been the pastor of Curtis Corner Baptist Church since May of 2004. He and his wife, Sarah, have 3 precious children.  Sarah has been afflicted with debilitating pain due to an unusual mix of autoimmune diseases since 2008.  Her testimony of faith and faithfulness through affliction have encouraged thousands of people.  Please pray for her.
They have a passion to reach the lost for Christ, to teach believers to live by faith, and to train God’s people for the work of the ministry.

Richard Paasch, Associate Pastor

Richard and Lee-Ann Paasch have served the Lord for over 40 years in all facets of ministry work. Brother Paasch has been an assistant pastor, a Christian school principal, and pastored 2 successful churches.  They joined our team in November of 2009 and have  made a great impact in our church family and community.
